2025 Team Seattle Kart Challenge Sponsorship Levels and Packages

Companies and organizations that wish to help raise money for Seattle Children’s Hospital during the Team Seattle Kart Challenge can make use of these sponsorship levels and packages. Sponsors may designate the area within the Children’s Hospital to credit funds (Including special areas of interest or endowments).

$25,000 Matching Sponsor

Matching funds to add incentive to the overall team fundraising efforts. All donations made over $100 will be matched until the entire $20,000 match has been used.

The package can include any or all of the following:

  • Your company name is inserted as the Matching Sponsor on all Kart Challenge promotional emails and collateral materials.
  • The opportunity to advertise with a 10’x10’ booth (Sponsor provides) located in a prominent location at the Karting event. **
  • Up to 2 Kart team entries ($250 value ea.).**
  • Up to 2 custom-created Title Sponsor banners with company logo to display at the Kart Challenge.**
  • Opportunity to have up to 4 company-supplied banners displayed at the Karti Challenge.
  • Name and/or Logo recognition on ProFormance website and in the Seattle Children’s Annual Report.
  • Recognition and company logo on the team fundraising page.

$6,000 Track Sponsor

Underwrite the cost of Karts and track rental for each team.  Sponsor may designate an area within the Children’s Hospital to credit funds (including special areas of interest or endowments).

The package can include any or all of the following:

  • Your company name will be included in all Kart Challenge promotional emails and collateral materials.
  • The opportunity to advertise with a 10’x10’ booth (Sponsor provides) located in a prominent location at the Kart event. **
  • One custom-created Premier Sponsor banner displayed at the KartiChallenge.**
  • The company provided a banner featured at the Kart Challenge.
  • Name and/or Logo recognition on ProFormance website and in the Seattle Children’s Annual Report.
  • Recognition and company logo on the team fundraising page.

$5,000 Matching Registration Sponsor

Encourages teams to register early by offering a $250 match to the first 20 teams who register and sign up for online fundraising.

The package can include any or all of the following:

  • Opportunity to have up to 2 company-provided banners displayed at the Team Seattle Kart Challenge.
  • One team entry ($250 value). **
  • Name and/or Logo recognition on ProFormance website and in the Seattle Children’s Annual Report.
  • Recognition and company logo on the team fundraising page.

$3,000 Paddock Sponsor

Sponsor may designate an area within the Children’s Hospital to credit funds (including special areas of interest or endowments).

 The package can include any or all of the following:

  • One custom-created Premier Sponsor banner displayed at the Kart Challenge.**
  • The company provided a banner featured at the Kart Challenge.
  • Name and/or Logo recognition on ProFormance website and in the Seattle Children’s Annual Report.
  • Recognition and company logo on the team fundraising page.

$2,000 Trophy Sponsor

Underwrites the cost of trophies for 1st-3rd place winners in Pro and Pro-Am categories.

The package can include any or all of the following:

  • Opportunity to have up to 2 company-provided banners displayed at the Team Seattle Kart Challenge. **
  • Name and/or Logo recognition on ProFormance website and in the Seattle Children’s Annual Report.
  • Recognition and company logo on the team fundraising page.

$2,000 Driver Dinner Sponsor

Underwrites meal expenses for the team drivers and PGP staff.

Package Includes:

  • The company provided a banner featured at the Kart Challenge. **
  • Name and/or Logo recognition on ProFormance website and in the Seattle Children’s Annual Report.
  • Recognition and company logo on the team fundraising page.
