Christine Horn
“Straight roads are for fast cars, turns are for fast drivers.” – Colin McRae
Driving Background:
Christine fell in love with loud, fast cars at the age of 8 while sliding through turns in her brother’s 1969 Mustang Mach 1. By high school, she was working as a crew member with her brother on Winston West NASCAR team changing tires and ducking lug nuts and hot rubber. A trip with her now husband to Pacific Raceways and some experiences in the passenger seat of a race car led to ProFormance and eventual race licensing. She now competes along with her husband in the ICSCC PRO3 class in her 1990 BMW E30 spec race car.
Tracks Driven:
Pacific Raceways, Portland International Raceway, Qlispé Raceway Park, Sonoma Raceway, and The Ridge Motorsports Park.
Instructor Experience:
Christine is a tenured driving instructor and race licensing co-director for ICSCC. She has helped a multitude of drivers attain more on the track as they ever thought possible as well as novice race drivers achieve their goal of being licensed race drivers. She is proud to be part of the ProFormance instructor family.
