*Managing and Maximizing Corner-Entry Speed

* Race Week Protocol- Car Prep, Mental Prep, Sleep, Nutrition/Hydration

* Pre-drive Mental & Physical Tune-Up

*Becoming Comfortable with Discomfort

*Self-Coaching Techniques

*Traction Sensing–Wet Surface Car Control
