Lola

While she is named after the famous cars that first roared into racing history in the 1960s – including the BK40 that Don rode to victory at Daytona in 2003 – this Lola prefers not to lead, but to follow her brother Enzo. Everywhere. She also likes to lounge on leather couches and watch Formula 1.

She is a regular at driver’s meetings, usually seen lying on her back awaiting a belly rub. If she doesn’t get one, she’ll walk up to a likely prospect and beg for attention.

Lola does have a high gear, which she engages whenever she sees a rabbit.

Lola has proved a popular addition to the ProFormance family from the beginning, offering her hand to anyone in the paddock. Known for her kind and affectionate personality, she is especially friendly with kids, having lived at an elementary school before switching to a racing school. She is also happy to share her domain with other dogs.

Because Lola is so well mannered, it is easy to spoil her, which everyone does. “Whatever Lola wants Lola gets” is the unofficial ProFormance slogan. As with Enzo, Lola functions as a non-prescription stress reliever, comforting drivers who are nervous about their first track outing.

Lola hails from Yakima Valley Pet Rescue, where lots of Lolas, Enzos, and other dogs and cats are waiting for a forever home where they can exchange extravagant amounts of love with their new owners.
