Benjamin Pedersen

Driving Background:
Born in Copenhagen, Denmark, Benjamin visited his first racetrack when he was only 4 weeks old. Sounds ironic, but “that’s when [my motorsports passion] really started though!” At the age of 4, he was already participating in Motocross and then quickly jumped over to karting after that.
Today, Benjamin lives in Sammamish, WA, and is participating in the Indy Lights series, the highest step on the Road to Indy, a program of racing series leading up to the IndyCar Series. With 11 races a year, a lot of his time is spent practicing in the simulator. However, Indy Lights isn’t the only thing Benjamin has accomplished. Some of his racing experiences include:
- Karting, FIA F4 US Championship (2016 – 2018)
- FIA F3 Americas Championship (2018 – 2019)
- BRDC British F3 Championship (2019 – 2020)
When Benjamin isn’t in the car, some of his favorite pastimes include skiing, snowmobiling, action sports, simulator work, biking, exercising, traveling, and race weekends.

It’s hard to find a track that Benjamin hasn’t driven. His list includes Apex Motor Club, Barber Motorsports Park, Barcelona-Catalunya Circuit, Brands Hatch Circuit, Buttonwillow Raceway Park, Canadian Tire Motorsports Park, Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, Circuit of The Americas, Donington Park Circuit, Homestead-Miami Speedway, Inde Motorsports Ranch, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Michelin Raceway, Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, Monza Eni Circuit, MSR Houston, New Jersey Motorsports Park, NOLA Motorsports Park, Oulton Park Circuit, Pacific Raceways, Pittsburgh International Raceway Complex, Road America, Road Atlanta, Roebling Road Raceway, Sebring International Raceway, Silverstone Circuit, Snetterton Circuit, The Ridge Motorsports Park, Virginia International Raceway, and WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca.
Instructor Experience:
Since 2017, Benjamin has been an instructor with ProFormance along with doing private coaching for Ferrari Challenge and general race simulator coaching.
